What You’ll Do: As a Probate Attorney at R&H, you’ll focus on the legal work and not all the time-consuming administrative extras. You’ll:
Represent clients in probate and trust administration, will contests, guardianship/conservatorship matters, and estate-related litigation
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Provide strategic guidance to clients navigating emotionally charged disputes or complex estate structures
Collaborate with team members to efficiently move cases forward

Who We’re Looking For:
10+ years of probate, estate administration, or elder law experience
An attorney in good standing with the Colorado Bar
Demonstrated courtroom and hearing experience (contested matters, if possible)
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive team environment
A steady, client-first mindset with strong emotional intelligence
What We Offer:
Base Salary: $200,000
